Terms of Service

General

* Commissions will be completed and delivered as they are requested.
* I have absolute rights over the commission.
* I do not allow my services to be turned into NFTs or processed through AI.
* I reserve the right to reject a commission if it is uncomfortable or any other reasons.

Illustration Commission

* I do not make following topics:
-. Shota/Loli
-. Feral.
-. Muscle men.
-. Minors.
-. Mechas.* I will provide the following:
-. Concept sketch: Where you will be able to request 3 changes before continue to the next stage.-. Flat color sketch: You will be able to request for minor changes as color, simple positions of objects or hands.-. Final result: I will send via mail the final image .png (I don't send a original editable file).* After the stage of sketch any drastic changes or request will charge an extra fee.* Keep in mind that my art style could be dirty and sketch like.* Inform me about any fetish you like beforehand if it will be a NSFW commission.

Important

* It’s important to provide any example or references that you could and try to answer all questions referred to your commission.* Payment is required upfront and no refund is given after payment. If you need examples of my styles you can see them in my social media.* If you post any commission of mine, you must keep the necessary credits.* Delivery time depends in the complexity of the artwork, if there is any issues during the deliver I will inform you about. Minimum delivery time is between three days to one week and maximun at one month.* After you received the artwork, I am not responsible for continuing to keep the drawing, take care of it.

Payment Terms.

* Payment will be made upfront via paypal invoices
* Payment must be sent within 24 hours after confirming the order. Exceptions can be made if you communicate your situation privately.* I currently only accept Mexican pesos and US dollars.* No refund if you are not satisfied with the final result.

Terms of use.

* As an artist, I can:
-. Use the commissioned work to promote my art, if you have concerns about this, let me know during commission process.* As a client you can:
-. Use the illustration for personal use (No for profit or comercial purporses), you cannot make money from it unless you have paid for that purpose.-. Repost the art in any websites, giving me credit.-. It is not allowed to:
-. Modify or alter the details of the illustration.By commissioning me, you agree and accept the Terms and Conditions. I am not responsible if you chose no to read or give importance to Terms and Conditions.
